Overview
The Residential Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential rental properties in Waynesboro, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and profitable. This role serves as the primary liaison between tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Management & Leasing
Market vacant units using local channels and online platforms to maximize occupancy.
Screen prospective tenants through background and credit checks, income verification, and landlord references.

Rent Collection & Financial Oversight

Stay current on Virginia-specific regulations—including fair housing, safety codes, and lease law—and ensure property compliance.
