divh2Property Preservation Team Member/h2pThis position is an integral role within MTs Property Preservation team that will execute day to day functions including managing a conveyance portfolio, identifying curtailment losses and monitoring for reimbursement when applicable, reviewing and responding to code violations and participating in weekly conference calls with vendor(s)./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliSign off on documents and approve loss sheets as a result of the late submission of reports./liliComplete curtailment billings that are submitted to vendor./liliReview and approve hazard claim repairs, and investor allowables./liliParticipate in weekly conference calls with vendors./liliOversee the Property Preservation mailbox ensuring that all correspondence is responded to timely./liliRefer all files to Real Estate Owned (REO) that cannot be conveyed to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)./liliApprove code violation bids./liliComplete projects related to nonperforming loan sale, due diligence bids for HUD and overdue tasks./liliManage a conveyance portfolio, ensuring that deadlines are being met by working closely with the vendor, obtaining status updates and reducing monetary losses./liliManage the reconveyance portfolio ensuring that timely responses are provided to HUD and determine responsibility of the reconveyance including placing the property back into conveyance condition timely./liliAdhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies./liliMaintain MT internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable./liliPromote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the MT Bank brand./liliComplete other related duties as assigned./li/ulh3Scope of Responsibilities/h3pThis position interacts with internal CAM departments, external third-party property preservation vendors and HUD./ph3Education and Experience Required/h3pA combined 4 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years Mortgage Default and/or Property preservation experience./ppWorking knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and email software./ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills./ppDetail oriented./ppMotivated, team player with a positive and friendly attitude./ppStrong analytical ability and problem solving skills./ppVery strong work ethic and ability to work independently./ph3Education and Experience Preferred/h3pBachelors degree./ppKnowledge of departmental software and MT Bank systems./pp5 years Mortgage Default and/or property preservation experience./ppPrior departmental experience preferred./ppMT Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
