We are currently seeking a Proposal Content & Knowledge Management Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team to work from one of our office locations in either Baltimore, MD, Jacksonville, FL, Tampa, FL, and Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and technology-driven professional who is passionate about knowledge management, content strategy, and process improvement within the AEC industry. You will play a key role in developing, organizing, and maintaining PRIME AE's proposal content and knowledge management systems, ensuring teams across the organization have access to accurate, consistent, and high-quality information that supports business development and proposal success. As a Proposal Content & Knowledge Management Specialist, you will manage and continuously improve PRIME AE's proposal and marketing knowledge assets while serving as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint CRM and enterprise content management processes. You will help establish governance standards, maintain content repositories, and support proposal teams by ensuring critical information is organized, accessible, and up to date. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, and Business Development teams to streamline workflows, capture institutional knowledge, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and proposal quality. You will also help position PRIME AE for future growth by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and best practices in knowledge management and content governance. Key responsibilities include: Enterprise Knowledge Management Deltek Vantagepoint CRM Administration Content Governance & Compliance Content Lifecycle Management Technology Innovation & Process Improvement Technology & Artificial Intelligence Enablement Proposal Enablement Operational Partnership Knowledge Capture Training & Change Management What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in AEC proposal development, marketing operations, CRM administration, or knowledge management. Advanced Deltek Vantagepoint CRM experience. Experience managing enterprise proposal content repositories. Strong understanding of AEC qualifications-based procurement.
