Proposal ManagerThe Proposal Manager is primarily responsible for managing proposal production in support of the company's growth goals, strategic initiatives, and service offerings. It is a highly visible role that works closely with executive leadership, capture managers, group management, and subject matter experts. Expertise and functions include:Develop and manage the proposal production schedule and coordinate with the Capture Manager and Contracts team to deliver on-time, high-quality, winning proposalsWork with Capture Manager to organize, integrate inputs and prepare final proposalAssist Capture Manager in leading color team reviews and incorporate proposal updatesReview customer source selection criteria and develop RFP templates/layouts and compliance matrixEnsure development and distribution of appropriate proposal-related documentation, including compliance matrices, adherence to style guides, annotated outlines, proposal schedules, writing guidance, and kick-off presentationsWork with Capture Manager to assign and manage content generation assignments to writers to generate proposal inputsEstablish and maintain communications among geographically dispersed proposal teams, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors, using collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Redmine, etc.Maintain a proposal library of source material, including proposal kickoff templates, sample volumes, executive summaries, past performance citations, etc.Maintain a company process for proposal development to include all templates, policies, methodology, and creating a training process and checklists to build additional company proposal managersParticipate in nearly all company submissions to government and commercial entities through editing, formatting, compliance checks, and proposal/RFI/white paper managementConduct lessons learned as needed to improve the processManage the Business Development SharePoint site content and resource materials for the organizationManage the company social media and company webpage contentDevelop and execute social media/webpage strategiesCreate and curate engaging content for company social media platforms and webpageMonitor & manage social media channels/commentsAnalyze social media/webpage metrics and provide regular reports on performanceManage and maintain corporate business development materials (flyers, capability briefs, product brochures, etc.)Other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required2+ years of professional experience in the required task areaExcellent written and verbal communication skills2+ years of professional technical writing and editing experienceExperienced in Microsoft Office 365 suite to include SharePoint and Teams2+ years of experience with professional graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and/or CanvaPrevious photography experienceExperience in digital marketing principles and practicesMust be a US citizenAbility to obtain a security clearance may be requiredProlonged periods sitting at a desk and use of computer screensFrequent wrist, hand, and finger movements using a keyboard, mouse, and handwritingMust be able to lift up to 20 pounds at timesBenefits:Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness Resources
