This position identifies, sources, and recruits qualified providers to join the PCS physical therapy and diagnostic imaging networks. Responsibilities Identifies, sources, and recruits qualified providers to join the Premier Comp Solutions physical therapy and diagnostic imaging networks. Sources and screens potential candidates through various channels including but not limited to company reference lists/directories, industry publications, national network databases, and various other recruitment tools and techniques. Provides ongoing communications and follow-up with network prospects throughout recruitment and onboarding. Negotiates financial and service terms of contracts with network provider prospects following the contract guidelines/parameters established by the Provider Relations Manager and Executive Management team. Alerts Provider Relations Manager of any request from network prospects attempting to negotiate terms, financial or otherwise, that fall outside our corporate guidelines as established at the time. Assists in the negotiation of Single Patient Agreements (SPA’s), document requests, and the entering of new network provider contracts received by other Provider Relations representatives. Develops and maintains relationships with network provider professionals and organizations. Works in conjunction with the department coordinator and manager to develop a comprehensive recruitment program to ensure adequate network coverage following the needs and goals of the organization. Assists with identifying and assessing untapped areas of opportunity (white space mapping) and develops a strategic plan encompassing the immediate and long-term needs of the organization. Monitors the Provider Relations mailbox for credentialing inquiries/requests to ensure they are addressed timely. Follows all department procedures as outlined in the Provider Relations Manual about recruiting/internal/external notifications, changes/updates in CMS or Document Manager. Other duties may be assigned as directed by management. Qualifications 2 years of experience in provider recruitment preferred. Healthcare background and/or medical provider recruitment experience is preferred. Strong proficiency in computer-based programs such as MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, online mining/sourcing, and interactive media tools. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently.
