The Psychiatric Medical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight for the organization's mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of psychiatric medicine and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the organization's mental health services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of mental health services
• Oversee the clinical performance of psychiatrists and other mental health professionals
• Ensure that patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide integrated care for patients
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in psychiatric medicine
• Conduct research and publish articles in peer-reviewed journals

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in psychiatry
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
