Behavioral Health Clinician - Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellow


We are an outpatient mental health clinic that provides data-informed and research-supported therapy and evaluation services for individuals of all ages. We specialize in providing care for anxiety, ADHD, and autism concerns. We are seeking a doctoral-level clinician to expand our team. We offer a collegial and collaborative work environment, competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and full administrative support.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage a caseload of psychotherapy patients and families
  • Complete psychological evaluations
  • Provide school consultations as requested
  • Contribute to the improvement of clinical processes and operations


Educational requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school/educational psychology


Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience administering evaluations independently
  • Minimum of one year experience practicing evidence-based interventions, behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy in a clinical setting
  • Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Michigan with an LP, LLP, or TLLP


Recommended qualifications (training will be provided as needed):

  • Experience in evaluating autism concerns, including the use of ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R
  • Experience with complex differential diagnoses
  • Familiarity with current literature on relevant assessment concerns and neurodivergence
  • Experience providing therapeutic services to preschool and/or school-age children
  • Experience using a cloud-based EHR (e.g., TherapyNotes)


Compensation & Benefits:
