Pt Bagley Outpatient Homecare Apply
| General job duties. Types of procedures required. Eval and Treat pts for physical therapy outpatient, inpatient and swing- beds and homecare through the county contract.. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) EPIC is used for all inpt, swingbed and OP; paper documentation for county nursing/homecare. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 2 years minimum. Experience and comfort in all of the above areas would be helpful. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) BLS, License to practice in MN Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Will work with small team of PT, OT and patient access; holidays closed; weekend on call rotation for swing beds only around Monday holidays but traveler would only be added by their choice if want to participate Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 20 bed critical access hospital Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) typical high patient to nurse ratio. 1 to 1 most often with such low avg. daily census. Dress Code: grey/peweter scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Will have computer based learning modules; dept orientation and EPIC training. |
Comments:Monday through Friday. Typically 8-4:30. 40 hours guaranteed. *Willing to take local candidates. Bill rate will be xx8 less for local.
