Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a real difference in the comfort of patients' homes? We're seeking a compassionate and skilled PT to join our home health team in the vibrant city of Lancaster. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to provide personalized care to our diverse client base, helping them achieve their health and mobility goals.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to promote recovery, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for maintaining health.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience in home health is a plus but not required.
