Maintenance Technician 

The Ramada Hotel is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to support a 163-room hotel with an outdoor pool. The ideal candidate must have plumbing and drywall experience. This is a PT position - Monday-Wednesday - 16-24 hours.
Core Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixture replacement, basic piping)

Perform drywall repair and finishing (patching, taping, sanding, blending to match)

Handle general maintenance across electrical, HVAC, and guest rooms

Maintain property standards and assist with preventative maintenance

Respond to service calls promptly and professionally

Qualifications

Experience working at a hotel and/or multi-unit property setting

Must have strong plumbing and drywall skills are required

Working knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments

Schedule

Must be available nights, weekends, on-call, and holidays as needed

This is an hourly position $18 – $20 – based on experience

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
