WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our part-time Pulmonary Health Provider, you'll focus on rounding on patients in a specialized unit within a post-acute care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care. You'll collaborate with a skilled healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients during their recovery journey. You will be covering care for patients in 2 buildings: one in Farmington and the other in Livingston.
