Purchasing Admin Apply
Pure Ground Ingredients, a Certified B Corporation, is seeking to hire a Sales Operations Admin Support representative to assist our sales and operations team. This role is on-site at our plant located between Carson City and Minden, NV.
The individual must be comfortable:
- Work directly with the Purchasing Manager, assisting in keeping information accurate and updated.
- Help Manage purchasing orders and to ensure timely shipments
- Tracking raw materials inventory levels
- Assisting with customer inquiries and raw materials lead time.
- Maintaining accurate supplier records.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as production, sales, accounting, and logistics.
- Updating sales and inventory records to ensure accurate data at all times
Requirements
- Superior communication skills (internal and external)
- Outstanding stamina for initiating and perpetuating communications via e-mail, phone, and direct mail.
- High functioning in all MS Office programs with an emphasis on:
-Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Smartsheet.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new systems and approaches.
- Someone that values, and takes a disciplined approach to, Process.
- A self-starter able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Prior experience with an ERP/CRM
- Coachability, you must be willing to learn new things and ways of doing things.
- Highly organized and adaptable to new changes.
- Must be able to develop knowledge of product offerings quickly and ensure that existing inventory levels cover future sales demand.
