Purchase, track, and verify materials while partnering with engineering and production teams to confirm specifications and order details. Manage vendor relationships by researching new suppliers, negotiating bulk or early payment discounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving shipment discrepancies with thorough documentation.Qualifications 35+ years of purchasing or procurement experience (manufacturing or construction preferred). Strong QuickBooks proficiency and cost tracking skills. Knowledge of taxable vs. non taxable purchasing.
