This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth vendor onboarding, efficient purchasing processes, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building vendor relationships, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Manage the vendor onboarding process , including processing new vendor forms and documentation. Collect, track, and maintain vendor compliance materials such as NDAs, W-9s, and insurance certificates. Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues promptly. Execute purchasing activities: create and submit purchase orders , place supply orders, and monitor shipment status. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to meet budget and operational goals. Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, agreements, and purchase documentation. Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues related to delivery delays, quality, or compliance. Collaborate with production, operations, and finance teams to align purchasing with material demand forecasts. Support cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and vendor relationship development. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management (manufacturing or printing industry preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance. Why Join Our Client?
