Job Summary Maintain parts areas and inventory on a daily basis; assist in the ordering of parts, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities Bar code parts and label them upon arrival. Arrange and store parts in appropriate bins. Order parts when needed and ensure stock is in an appropriate and designated location. Keep accurate inventory records and assist in completing month‑end reports. Enter inventory counts in the automated system. Count and maintain boiler fuel inventory and other critical items needed by the Production Department. Keep supply areas clean, orderly, and neatly maintained. Complete all paperwork daily. Maintain all parts areas in neat and clean condition. Minimum Qualifications Ability to read and write. Excellent attendance. Computer skills. Knowledge of parts catalogs. Ability to use a calculator to perform addition and subtraction. Must be able to climb 1–2 flights of stairs frequently. Ability to lift 75 lbs. Able to operate a Bob Cat / case loader, forklift, and other rental machinery. Maintain all working areas by keeping them clean and neat at all times. Must be a self‑starter and can operate with minimal supervision. Able to assess a situation and formulate a proper course of action. Use equipment in a safe manner as instructed by management. Work safely and observe all safety rules. Hazards may include cuts, burns, slips, and trips. Preferred Qualifications Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed. Expected to perform other duties as assigned. Physical Demands Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs; frequently handle items up to 50 lbs. Climbing, ascending and descending ladders; frequent walking and moving about. Work may involve exposure to high noise levels, heat and cold, strong odors, biohazard conditions, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Electrical hazards and the use of potentially dangerous equipment; must follow safety procedures. Occasional off‑site travel.
