Woodmark Homes is growing, and we’re looking for a Purchasing Coordinator who loves details, communicates clearly, and appreciates a workplace where people take their work seriously — but not themselves. We’re a highly organized, well‑run residential remodeling company with a laid‑back culture and a healthy respect for evenings, weekends, and sanity. If you enjoy keeping projects moving, partnering with great vendors, and making sure the right materials show up at the right time, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Create and manage purchase orders for remodeling projects Order cabinetry, flooring, tile, fixtures, lighting, and all the fun stuff that makes a house look good Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors to confirm selections and lead times Track orders and deliveries so schedules stay on track Communicate with suppliers about pricing, availability, and shipping updates Resolve the occasional “that’s not what we ordered” moment with professionalism and grace Maintain accurate purchasing records and assist with cost tracking Support field staff by coordinating job site deliveries What You Bring 2+ years of experience in purchasing, construction coordination, or administrative support Experience in kitchen and bath cabinet design is preferred. Strong organizational skills and a love for details Excellent communication and follow‑up habits High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or construction software Bonus points for cabinet design experience or knowledge of residential remodeling What We Offer Competitive Seattle‑area salary: $52,000–$72,000 Paid time off (Holidays, vacation, and sick days) Health/Vision/Dental Insurance Company laptop and mileage reimbursement Company laptop A supportive, collaborative team that values craftsmanship, communication, and work–life balance Opportunities for advancement and professional growth If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes — and you like working with a team that’s both effective and easy‑going — we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
