Title: Purchasing Coordinator

Reports to: RM & Bulk MRP Manager

Department: Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with Purchasing Manager, Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse personnel.
  • Contribute to the integrity of company purchases through verification and maintenance of all required purchasing documents.
  • Ensure supplier orders are delivered on time.
  • Place non-inventory purchase orders.
  • Maintain ERP system by updating purchase orders with delivery information.
  • Maintain KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Issue bi-weekly open order status report to suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and /or sufficient related work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of business principles and processes and office protocol.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Operating System and Office Applications, including strong Excel skills.
  • Must have good time-management, prioritization and organizational skills.
