Please review the responsibilities and needed qualifications below and apply today!Responsibilities:Learn the organization's policies, processes, systems, products, and/or services and responsibilities based on the incumbent's functional work assignments. Acquires knowledge of industry practices through on-the-job training. Interns will learn about purchasing, receiving, monitoring inventory for a manufacturing facility and other jobs as assigned. This is a seasonal/temporary salary non-exempt position (May 1st-September 30th).Essential Functions:Completes cycle counts to support meeting year-end targetsCover for summer vacation/leaveHandle the physical receiving/stocking of goodsAssist with warehouse projects, including reorganizing bin locations and storeroomsWilling and able to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, walking, stooping, standing, and pulling for up to 8 hours per dayPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust possess a high school diploma or GEDWorking towards college degreeEffective communication skillsAbility to work well in team environmentComputer and keyboard skillsPreferred Qualifications:Undergraduate earning bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or closely related fieldEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
