To assist with daily departmental activities and purchasing function.RESPONSIBILITIES:To assist with purchasing functions and manage daily departmental operation.Prepare purchase order and send to related vendors.Work with vendors to follow up on deliver dates and back orders.To handle purchasing works such as quotations, purchase order to supplier, monitor delivery of products.To review, verify and check the details of DO & POEnsuring the goods are delivered on time.Work with all departments as require and good communication.To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.REQUIREMENT:• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.• Professional certifications such as CIPS or Project Management are an advantage.• 3–5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in Food & Beverage sourcing.• Strong understanding of contracts, legal terminology, and supplier negotiations.• Experience in F&B supply, catering, or hospitality procurement preferred.• Experience in Non F&B supply, service level agreements, paper products • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.• Ability to use Inventory Management systems; Mircosoft Excel skills for data analysis from systems.•Computer literate•Required language(s): English and French•Candidate must be good in negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills.•Able to work in a team.•Independent and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking environment.
