Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and purchasing processes. The ideal candidate has experience in procurement, supply chain management, vendor negotiation, and purchase order processing.

This role is responsible for ensuring timely purchasing of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and process purchase orders (POs)

  • Source vendors and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts

  • Maintain strong supplier relationships

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment

  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

  • Review invoices and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain procurement records and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

  • Analyze purchasing trends and cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications
