Responsibilities
- Develop and execute purchasing and procurement strategies
- Manage supplier relationships, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
- Oversee purchase orders from placement through delivery
- Ensure product quality, compliance, and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational needs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Business Central a plus
- Manufacturing or food packaging industry experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000-$78,000 annual salary
