Purchasing Support Apply
Overview The Purchasing Support role assists with daily purchasing activities, vendor coordination, data management, and issue resolution. This position works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate purchasing processes and timely product delivery. Responsibilities Support product sourcing and assist Account Managers with product selection Enter and maintain purchasing data in Great Plains and CRM systems Assist with purchase orders, requisitions, and resolving discrepancies Coordinate with vendors to track orders and confirm delivery dates Support rush orders and vendor onboarding Assist with pricing updates based on cost changes Provide SDS and TDS documentation upon request Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to support purchasing processes Qualifications 3+ years of purchasing or administrative support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and Great Plains experience preferred High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
