Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python, AI/ML, GenAI) Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) / Charlotte, NC / Chandler, AZ / Minneapolis, MN Duration: 12 Months / NO C2C - Only W2 consultants Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, and React to build AI-powered enterprise applications, intelligent chatbots, and predictive analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, hands‑on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI , and the ability to integrate multiple enterprise data sources to deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop full stack applications using Python and React . Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI Agents . Build REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations. Develop data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Integrate AI applications with Microsoft Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise platforms. Deploy and support applications in Azure with exposure to AWS and GCP. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions. Required Skills Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, LangChain, and LangGraph . Experience building REST APIs and Microservices. Knowledge of SQL/Oracle, data lakes, and vector databases. Working experience with React. Experience with Azure and exposure to AWS/GCP. Understanding of CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift.
