NTT DATA's client is currently seeking a Python Developer to join their team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Day to Day Job Duties: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure Python-based applications and systems. Lead the development of complex features and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, other engineering teams) to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and stability. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack choices, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Manage and maintain databases, integrate with third-party APIs, and ensure data integrity and security. Skills Required: Overall 5+ years of experience. 3+ years of experience in Python, Python Libraries and Frameworks, FastAPI framework (like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy etc.) 2+ Years of experience with Python toolkits Alembic, SQLAlchemy Hands on with Python test framework - pytest Familiarity with Oracle databases Build API/Microservices using Python Hands-on, application delivery experience Graphql integration, Kafka Integration, and knowledge of messaging systems Implemented Web socket endpoints to enable realtime bidirectional communication between client and server Cloud exp will be plus Nice To Have: Module federation package experience in angular Experience in MongoDB Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field
