You'll be a key contributor to the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI/LLM-based solutions used across various business units, including wind, solar, nuclear, and energy origination.This role blends technical leadership with hands-on development in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating with local and global engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as technical lead on a small team (2–3+ developers), mentoring junior engineers and driving project execution.Participate in Agile ceremonies, define requirements, and collaborate with Product Owners.Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and production troubleshooting.Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Python, JavaScript, and AWS.Contribute to both frontend and backend work (approx. 25% hands-on coding).Collaborate with offshore/nearshore teams (Poland, Hungary, Mexico).Required Skills & Experience:7–10 years of full-stack development experience (flexible on exact Python years if strong overall senior/tech lead experience).Proven leadership in technical teams or as a lead developer.Strong proficiency in: PythonJavaScriptAWSAgile development experience in dynamic teams.Nice-to-Have Skills:Angular and/or Node.jsExperience with LLMs, AI, or ML platforms (not required but a bonus)Preferred Candidate Profile:Local candidates strongly preferred due to onsite requirement.Candidates with strong .NET or Java backgrounds who have transitioned into Python are encouraged to apply.Adaptable, hands-on, and eager to work on high-impact, high-visibility AI initiatives.
