Role Definition We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with expertise in AI agents and Power BI to support advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent decision‑support initiatives. The role focuses on developing Python‑based solutions, building and deploying AI‑driven agents, and delivering high‑impact data visualizations that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain Python applications for automation, analytics, and system integration. Build and deploy AI agents to support task automation and decision support. Integrate AI solutions with internal tools, APIs, and data sources. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Prepare, transform, and model data for analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Document code, data models, and system designs. Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing systems. Degree Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience required. What You Must Have Analytical Thinking: Ability to determine root cause of problems and create alternative solutions. Effective Communications: Ability to transmit, receive, and interpret information accurately. Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively toward shared goals and to support others. Technical Excellence: Ability to develop solutions to significant technical challenges. Software Development: Ability to produce software products in line with product requirements. Requirements Analysis: Ability to elicit, analyze, and record requirements. System Testing: Ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies. Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to recognize and resolve technical issues. Top Candidates Will Also Have Proficiency in Python programming. Experience with AI‑based solutions or intelligent agents. Hands‑on experience with Power BI. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience building LLM‑based or autonomous AI agents. Advanced Power BI skills including DAX and performance optimization. Experience integrating Python data pipelines with BI tools. Exposure to cloud platforms and scalable data architectures. Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. Additional Information This position will close at 11:59 p.m. on 07/15/2026. This position will be located onsite 5 days a week in East Peoria, IL (Building KK). Relocation assistance is available for this position. Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
