Role Definition We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI agents and Power BI to support advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent decision‑support initiatives. The role focuses on developing Python‑based solutions, building and deploying AI‑driven agents, and delivering high‑impact data visualizations. What you will do Design, develop, and maintain Python applications for automation, analytics, and system integration Build and deploy AI agents to support task automation and decision support Integrate AI solutions with internal tools, APIs, and data sources Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Prepare, transform, and model data for analytics and reporting Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Document code, data models, and system designs Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing systems Degree Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience required. What you must have Analytical Thinking : Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Technical Troubleshooting : Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.
