Python Technical Lead Backend Engineering Remote Worldwide Up to 110,000 My client is a world-renowned SaaS company for the entertainment sector with industry leading partners.Remote-first, they have employees across the globe and are currently seeking the best tech professionals for their data team.They offer end-to-end SaaS services such as R&D, KYC, payments, regulation and security.Their expanding data team is integral to their product and services leveraging AI and cutting-edge techniques.With over 250 remote employees and over 100 in the tech team their culture is tech focused, friendly and collaborative!Working within the data/software team you will collaborate with over 30 like-minded individuals with around 15 data engineers, 5 data scientists and 10 data analysts!Well-established and growing there is significant room to grow and learn from some of the best data professionals in the world.RoleAs a Tech lead you will be joining one of two teams working on the development and scalability of two critical project working on either the business CRM systems or Back office function.You will be heavily involved in end to end development of projects leading a small team of 4 engineers purely from a tech point being 100% hands on. You will be responsible for establishing and improving standards following the best modern practises.Essential Skills Python 6+ Years Strong experience with KafkaStrong experience with Microservices and Event driven architecture Experience working with big data systems Desired Skills Experience with Elasticsearch Experience with both relational & Non-relational databases Experience with AWS Benefits
