This position will support the administration of material certification, engineering change control, and first piece approval systems.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing documentation, systems, and procedures to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining ISO/SOP documentation and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Coordinating audits and tracking quality metrics
• Providing administrative support to the QA department
• Document Control: Maintain, update, and organize QMS, SOPs, and quality records
• Data Management: Collect, analyze, and summarize QA data for reports on performance, non-conformance, and corrective actions (CAPA)
• Process Improvement: Identify procedural gaps and ensure adherence to company and customer requirements
• Review Engineering Change Requests (CCD’s) for content accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and coordinate receipt of Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR’s) in support of first piece approval processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; technical school graduates preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with document management systems and data entry
• Fundamental knowledge of technical drawing interpretation is a plus
