Location : MI, LOCALS, HYBRID
Experience : 8+yrs
Client : State Of MI
Visa : H1B, USC, GC, GCEAD
ONLY 1 LEVEL INTERVIEW. FACE TO FACE. ONLY LOCALS NEEDED
Requirement Analysis: Understanding JD-specific requirements, standards, and functionalities to define quality metrics and testing criteria.
Test Planning and Strategy: Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover functional and non-functional requirements.
Manual and Automated Testing: Conducting various types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, performance) to verify the software operates as expected. JD QA Analysts might also work with automation tools to improve testing efficiency.
Bug Identification and Reporting: Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects or issues in the application. Communicating findings to the development team to facilitate fixes.
Collaboration: Working with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align on software quality expectations.
Regression Testing: Running tests to ensure new updates don't disrupt existing features or functionality.
Continuous Improvement: Suggesting and implementing process improvements based on testing outcomes and feedback.
