Job Location: Albert Lea, MN Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $25.65/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law Principal Accountabilities Perform verifications on metal detectors, net weights, tare weights, room temperatures, and GMP Obtaining samples from raw material and finished goods for analysis Perform room audits, BBS observations, life guarding activities, and complete monthly trainings Other tasks assigned by manager these may include environmental conditions, physical effort,shift requirements, travel requirements, etc Required Qualifications Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Effective verbal and written communication skills Microsoft excel, word, outlook and PowerPoint experience Ability to make decisions under pressure Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment Ability to relate technical knowledge to solve complex testing and process problems Experience in a food manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability of leadership, motivation, interpersonal effectiveness, teamwork and successful completion of work Preferred Qualification 2 years food safety, quality, and regulatory knowledge and work experience Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
