QA Automation Engineer

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting testing of WAN, Firewall, and Wi-Fi in Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: QA Automation Engineer Location: Plano, TX (On Site) What's the Job? Perform functional testing of WAN, Firewall, and Wi-Fi in CPE devices. Develop and execute test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency. Conduct Layer 2 protocol testing to ensure network reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes for quality assurance. What's Needed? Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering at Level 2. Experience with CPE testing at Level 2. Strong understanding of Wi-Fi testing methodologies.
