What You'll Do

As a QA Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and improvement of our clawOS system. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing system requirements, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall system performance and user experience.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of different software applications. This often involves coding (Javascript, C#, TypeScript, Python) and using automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress.io
  • Implement various QA methodologies to ensure software products meet the desired quality standards. This includes creating and executing test plans, test cases, and reporting defects.
  • Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on the technical aspects of features.
  • Work with DevOps for CI/CD pipelining and integration test automation.
  • Utilize bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) to report defects and verify bug fixes.
  • Automate performance testing to ensure software applications can handle expected load.
  • Assist the QA team to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
  • Fully knowledgeable about Agile development and practices

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications and additional qualifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of commercial building codes and standards
  • Strong programming skills in coding in C# or Javascript or TypeScript or Python
  • Multiple years working with Selenium, as well as other E2E platforms like Cypress.io, TestComplete, Katalon, BrowserStack, Testsigma
  • Extensive knowledge on using git repos and working with a dev team (Github, BitBucket, CodeBuild, etc.)
  • Familiarity in API testing and automation (Postman, Swagger)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with STLC and SDLC
  • Proven experience in QA automation and software development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions
  • Strong project and people management skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter and fast learner
  • Advanced problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task within a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong technical presentation skills
  • Experience in process improvement and software testing a plus
  • Commitment to the mission of Enstall

Where You'll Be Located

This is a hybrid position and will be based in North Andover, MA.

What Well Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $55,000 and $60,000/annually, if located in Boston market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
