QA Engineer Don't just find bugs—drive reliability. Partner directly with our developers. We are looking for a QA Engineer who knows that great software is built on collaboration. This is a hands-on, remote opportunity where your 5 years of experience will determine the quality of our product releases. You won't just be executing test cases; you will be analyzing results, providing feedback on requirements, and working side-by-side with stakeholders to ensure our software is robust, reliable, and ready for the real world. Job Responsibilities Lead Manual Testing: Take ownership of the full manual testing lifecycle, from planning to execution. Create Detailed Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive test cases and plans. Identify & Track Defects: Isolate bugs, log detailed reports, and verify fixes. Analyze Requirements: Review specs to ensure testability and prevent logic errors. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Devs and PMs to advocate for user quality. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure products meet defined requirements and specifications. • Identify, report, and verify defects, ensuring product quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle. • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback to improve software and product reliability. • Troubleshoot quality issues, analyze test results, and verify bug fixes. • Create detailed test cases and provide thorough documentation for each phase of the testing process. • Provide feedback to development teams to enhance overall quality and reliability of software products. Additional Information: • Responsible for manual testing, as automated testing models are not currently used due to the current technology stack.
