Position: QA Engineer (WCAG Accessibility Testing) Location: Cincinnati (Onsite) Role Highlights: Ensure digital accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 standards) Design and implement automation frameworks for accessibility testing Work closely with development teams to identify and fix accessibility issues Perform audits using tools like Axe, Lighthouse, Wave, etc. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of WCAG guidelines (A, AA standards) Hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress) Experience with accessibility testing tools (Axe, NVDA, JAWS) Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Banking/Financial domain experience is a plus
