Job Summary
- Lead the development and execution of testing strategies, planning, and test execution across multiple software projects.
- Define, implement, and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end QA activities, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT phases.
- Supervise and provide direction to onsite and offshore QA teams to deliver quality outcomes on schedule.
- Drive test automation initiatives and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage defect triage, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Author and review test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and traceability to requirements.
- Track, analyze, and report QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, pass rates) to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders (Project Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers) to align testing with project objectives.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Utilize test management and automation tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) effectively.
- Perform API, web, 3rd party application, and data validation testing; exposure to performance testing tools is required.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills while managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the payment domain or with payment gateways is a plus.
