- Must have experience in cruise line or similar hospitality industry, preferably in the Ecommerce sector
- Responsible for building product regression automation suite and integrating it with deployment processes
- Expected to lead and mentor a team of QA Manual Testers, promoting a team-focused and motivated work atmosphere
- Tasked with overseeing the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks
- Must work in tandem with Test Engineers to identify opportunities for test automation and streamline the automation process
- Ensures that automated test suites are up-to-date, efficient, and effectively integrated into the testing pipeline
- Collaborates with the Program Lead to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Actively participates in test design and planning activities, including risk assessment and prioritization of test efforts.
