Overview Our client, in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry, is seeking a QA Manager to join their team. As a QA Manager, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title QA Manager Responsibilities Oversee and maintain food safety and quality programs including SQF, HACCP, Organic, and Kosher certifications. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product safety and quality processes. Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and improve product standards. Provide technical support and training to staff on food safety practices and quality procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, preferably in high-speed food or beverage manufacturing. At least three (3) years’ experience in quality assurance roles. Knowledge of food safety and quality program requirements, including SQF and HACCP.
