Join our mission to empower the rental industry through smart technology and outstanding service.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Manual Tester to join our growing Product & Development team.In this role, you will ensure our ERP and rental management software meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other QA team members to validate new functionality, perform regression testing, and support stable, high-quality releases.You will play a key role in identifying issues before they reach customers and contributing to continuous product improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements and specificationsPerform manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applicationsConduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testingIdentify, document, and track software defects using Azure DevOps or similar toolsCollaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce and resolve issuesSupport release validation and installation testingCreate and update documentation for new and changed functionalityAssist with demonstrating new features to internal stakeholdersYou Should Apply IfYou have 5+ years’ experience in manual software testingYou have experience testing ERP or complex configurable systems (desirable)You have a strong understanding of different testing methodologiesYou have good SQL knowledge for backend validationYou are familiar with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, or similar toolsYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou communicate clearly and work effectively within cross-functional teamsISTQB certification is advantageousYou are UK-based and available to work in the office at least 3 days per weekSalary Offered:£35,000 – £45,000Why Work at MCSWe’re proud recipients of the Culture 100 Award, which recognises organisations that excel in nurturing their workforce, rewarding their staff, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued.At our company, we are passionate about the rental industry and are committed to fostering a vibrant, informal workplace culture based on respect and empowerment.
