This role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to represent the account alongside top-tier consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, and others.Key Responsibilities:Drive the Digital QE strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with enterprise transformation goals.Lead and define end-to-end QE strategies, including test automation and quality governance.Engage with senior client stakeholders and consulting partners to drive strategic quality outcomes.Act as a trusted consultant, advising on QE frameworks, automation tools, and transformation roadmaps.Ensure quality is integrated across the SDLC, with a strong focus on automation-first approaches.Collaborate in multi-vendor environments, driving alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams.Oversee program governance, reporting, and execution excellence.Required Skills:15–20 years of experience in Quality Engineering, including deep hands-on automation expertiseStrong background in stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement.Proven experience leading QE transformation initiatives in large enterprise settings.Proficient in automation tools and frameworks Comfortable leading discussions alongside global consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte, etc.
