He or she ensures that these products comply with technical specifications and internal, customer, or regulatory standards. He or she defines processes and coordinates problem-solving efforts within the company, while driving continuous improvement to enhance overall performance.Here you'll find a non-exhaustive list of the main tasks : Operational Quality ControlOversee quality control of manufactured parts (internal and subcontracted) based on technical drawingsPlan and coordinate quality control activitiesPrepare inspections (review of drawings, definition of control methods and inspection checklists)Perform or supervise inspections (visual, dimensional, functional) at various stages of productionValidate inspection reports and associated quality documentation (certificates, inspection reports, etc.)Provide technical support to operational teams (Production, Purchasing, Customer Support, Sales)Support production quality control activities as neededQuality Assurance & Continuous ImprovementLead the management of non-conformities (internal and external), conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actionsImplement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality procedures and systemsEnsure proper quality documentation management in line with applicable standardsManage and monitor measuring equipment compliance (calibration, maintenance, documentation)Proactively identify quality risks, particularly with suppliers, and ensure follow-up of improvement actionsSupplier Quality & AuditsMonitor supplier quality performance and participate in their regular evaluationContribute to supplier audits and ensure up-to-date qualification statusParticipate in internal and external audits (customers, certifications) and ensure their successful executionProvide technical support to suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholdersQuality System & Tools ManagementEnsure the accuracy and reliability of quality data within the ERP system (D365)Guarantee proper use of quality tools and associated processesSupport the implementation of new certifications in line with customer and strategic requirementsReporting & Performance MonitoringDefine, monitor, and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs)Develop dashboards and provide regular reporting to managementContribute to Group Quality Committees and related initiativesTeam Management & CoordinationSupervise and develop the Quality Control team (e.g. Quality Control Technician)Promote quality awareness and best practices across operational teamsCoordinate with internal departments and external stakeholdersYou are our new colleague if...You have at least 5 years' proven experience in QA/QC management position in an industrial/mechanical environment You have technical training as an industrial or civil engineer.Strong writing skills for meeting minutes and reports;Precise and thorough, with strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to situations;You are familiar with ISO9001 standards and their implementation.You enjoy and have a good understanding of project management, working independently.Good knowlegdes of Dynamics 365 as ERP and technical design software (as AutoCAD, PTC Creo Parametric, SolidWorks) is a great asset You are meticulous, precise, and rigorous.You are good at managing your time and priorities.You speak and write fluent English and French (Dutch is an asset)You are willing to travel 25% of the time (mainly within the Benelux-France geographical area).What we have to offer ...An exciting job, both technically and personallyOn-the-job training with our team, as well as the opportunity to learn our tradeA competitive salary package, 30 days of vacation per year, DKV, group insurance, and a company car
