Job/Project Description: Purpose of the Job Within the QA Customer Supply Chain (CSC) team of FrieslandCampina Professional, we are looking for a QA Officer who ensures that customer questions related to quality and food safety are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally. You support compliance of our products and contribute to a smooth flow of quality information and documentation to customers and internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you are/have:* Strong customer focus and the ability to work accurately and efficiently* A structured way of working and strong attention to detail* The ability to interpret customer questions and provide clear answers* Preferably a bachelor's degree in food, quality, or a related field* 3-5 years of experience in QA or a similar environment (preferred)* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English* Comfortable working with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and document management toolsVacancy description In this role, you will be responsible for day to day operational QA support for customers and internal departments. Your main tasks include:- Managing and responding to customer questions in Salesforce- Providing product specifications, certificates, statements, and other quality documents- Coordinating additional information with internal stakeholders (R&D, local QA teams)- Ensuring timely and accurate follow up toward customers- Identifying recurring questions and escalating them for structural improvementsSupporting Internal Stakeholders- Assisting Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and others with QA related questions- Signaling issues or risks and escalating them to the right persons- Monitoring progress of open QA tasks in Salesforce and reminding responsible colleagues when follow up is neededDocument and Product Information Support- Reviewing and maintaining general QA documentation- Managing and updating customer-facing quality documents- Ensuring documentation meets FrieslandCampina quality standards and guidelines- Supporting the preparation and distribution of standard QA information packages for customers- Monitoring expiry dates of certificates and ensuring timely follow-up with responsible QA teams- Ensuring data consistency across systems (Salesforce, shared drives, DMS)Contributing to Team Processes* Actively participating in improving QA CSC workflows* Supporting on periodic reporting and general QA administrative tasksRequirements- 3-5 years of experience is needed- Salesforce is a plus- Customer focus + customer-oriented roles experience is a plus, with QA background which is necessary for the role.- Communicator, practical way of thinking, relationship builder: characteristics of the candidate -ENG is must to have, Dutch native who has a very good knowledge of the English language will be highly prefLet op: vacaturefraudeHelaas komt vacaturefraude steeds vaker voor.
