Qa Tester

Position Overview

We are seeking a QA Tester to contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects aimed at driving significant improvements. Projects will range in scope and complexity, requiring expertise in diverse testing functions, including test development, execution, and project management. This role will become a subject matter expert in the assigned workstream, supporting operations and testing teams to ensure seamless experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications.
• Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and perform efficient retesting.
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Build a strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA testing experience.
• Experience with application testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to execute test scripts, identify defects, and validate fixes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP knowledge.
• Exposure to Agile program development methodology.
