Description :
Looking for a QA Tester that is a Senior and specializes in web application 90% (UI), user interface frontend testing. You will need experience with selenium would like to see some playwright. They are going from selenium to playwright.
Technical Requirements
Strong UI automation experience (90% front-end testing focus)
Current tech stack: Selenium with C#
C# is a major plus since the development framework is built on .NET, but candidates with strong OOP concepts in any language can adapt
Playwright knowledge is highly desirable as the team plans to migrate to this framework
Supporting Skills Basic SQL skills for querying databases (select queries, joins)
Basic API knowledge for back-end validation and debugging
Ability to integrate test data from APIs and databases rather than hard-coding
The role involves primarily UI validation with supporting back-end knowledge. Candidates need to understand where UI data originates and be able to debug issues across the stack - whether problems are in the API, data layer, or master copy. The team works with approximately six UI applications that are currently manually validated or include some automation.
This includes Integration testing, Customer Data Quality testing, Usability (Functional and Performance) testing, Regression testing etc.
Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree
Strong hands-on experience in Planning and Manual test execution .
Strong hands-on experience in Regression Test Strategies
Hands-on experience with Automated Testing tools such as Selenium
Strong hands-on experience using SQL queries
Experience in API testing as part of backend validation
At least 8 years of professional experience on a variety of projects in Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & reporting.
Hands-on experience with Jira, ALM, TFS/ADO
Experience in Mobile Testing is a strong plus.
Verifiable experience developing and maintaining a Selenium test framework that integrates with C#.
