QA/Change Control Coordinator
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, QA/Change Control Coordinator, are to:
- Construct individual CMO scorecard of performance metrics related to SOTIF, CFR, PPA, Forecast Accuracy, Right First Time, Capacity Assessment vs. Performance, etc;
- Issues and assists with issuing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders;
- Assists with invoice reconciliation and resolution as needed;
- Utilize digitalization efforts where possible;
- Manage and process financial tasks/assignments as assigned;
- Manage and execute technical change control administrative tasks utilizing SYNAPS and/or other technology methods;
- Develop capability roadmap to monitor CMO production capabilities for immediate, medium, long-term needs;
- Create responsible level of redundant / back up CMO options;
- Develop material resiliency catalog for all CMO material and packaging supply to determine primary supply, secondary supply, and tertiary supply where applicable;
- Build roadmap of CMO suppliers for at least two tiers with production locations that supply to CMO base;
- Partner with Functional Leads, within PS, IT, and CMO sites to build culture and key skills required for success of and make sure the project management, change management and related communication are consistent and smoothly managed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree;
- Hands-on experience with a balance of technical, business, and leadership competencies;
- Multi-discipline experience in operations and a significant level of independent thought and an ability to challenge existing strategies, process, and execution elements;
- Strong teamwork, leading cross-functional teams/projects and influencing senior management experience;
- Ability to develop formal and informal relationships to leverage existing teams and workflow and gain focus on new areas of emphasis;
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage change in the organization;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity and interpersonal skills.
.Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Science or engineering or related discipline with 2+ years of experience in the various areas of operations, or project management.
