QA/Test Analyst

QA/Test Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Onsite Duration: 6 Months of Contract Summary: We're looking for a hands-on testing candidate with strong banking/payments knowledge and deep TSYS experience. You'll focus on validating card/payment functionality and processor integrations. This role is 100% onsite in Chicago, 5 days per week. Responsibilities: Execute hands-on testing for TSYS-related enhancements, fixes, and integrations Perform functional, end-to-end, and regression testing across card/payment workflows Validate transaction lifecycle scenarios (e.g., authorizations, clearing/settlement, postings, fees, disputes/chargebacks, reconciliation) Document test results and clearly log defects with steps to reproduce and supporting evidence Partner with business and technology teams to confirm requirements and expected outcomes Must-Haves: Strong banking/cards/payments domain experience Proven hands-on TSYS testing experience (platform and/or integration testing) Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment Onsite in Chicago 5 days/week (required)
