QC Analyst III Working from Home Opportunities Available Salary Range: $33 to $36 / hour, DOE We are looking for a certified licensed appraiser, either Residential, Commercial, or both to join our growing and dynamic team! The QC Analyst III provides quality control examinations of complex and non-complex valuation reports, including appraisal, appraisal review and BPO reports. The Analyst also completes USPAP Standard 3 and 4 Appraisal Reviews and serves as a subject matter expert advising internal clients and vendors. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintain awareness of client requirements, regulatory requirements and investor guidelines. Complete quality control examinations and USPAP Standard 3 and 4 reviews of appraisals in multiple states, consistent with defined requirements and turn times. Maintain proper system documentation of each quality control examination to ensure PCV records are complete, accurate and retrievable. Correspond with PCV client’s review staff regarding complex files that require escalated attention. Collaborate with the PCV Vendor Management group regarding approval and maintenance of high value approved appraisers. Assist the Appraisal QC Team Lead with cross‑functional projects and training as needed, including mentoring and advising PCV’s Operations staff. Provides coverage for PCV Ask QC inbox and phone support help line. Qualifications Required Holding a valid license for at least 3–5 years; High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Appraiser; Some college work or higher; Multi‑state licensure. Preferred At least 5 years appraisal related experience. AMC or bank experience. Prior Knowledge Appraisal and appraisal review. Technical Skills Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Professional integrity. Results oriented. Creative problem solving. Peer collaboration. Effective and concise written and verbal communication. Multiple task prioritization. Detail oriented and analytical.
