Quality Control Lead
Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a well – known manufacturing company, is seeking a QC lead. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s standards and specifications. This role involves training Production QC Inspectors, oversee inspection and documentation of bulk components, and finished products throughout the production process.
Job Summary:
Pay: $28
Shifts Available:
7:00am to 3:00pm

• Product Inspection, documentation and reporting
• Oversee visual, dimensional and functional inspections of bulk components
• Ensure that products comply with company and regulatory standards, including safety and industry specific requirements
• Ensure regular sampling and testing of product to ensure consistency and quality across finished goods
• Ensure various measuring instruments are used to check product specifications and tolerances
• Complete SOP training for all production quality control inspectors
• Conduct on-going training on quality systems and controls
• Continuous improvement

 
Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality control Inspection, Quality assurance or similar role environment
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques, and measuring instruments
• Familiarity with quality management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle and resolve quality issues
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
