Job Description
  • The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for in-plant process testing and compliance to standards using client's quality and food safety policy.
  • Perform tests of the production operations and equipment to ensure our products conform to specifications
  • Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions
  • Monitor the quality of the product manufactured and inspect process controls points
  • Reject or retain substandard products that fall outside of defined tolerances
  • Responsible for timely completion and accuracy of paperwork
  • May use computer software and electronic equipment to enter data
  • Establish, maintain and promote good communications with all departments
  • Performs other tasks and duties as needed
  • Reject or retain substandard products that fall outside of defined tolerances
  • Responsible for timely completion and accuracy of paperwork
Skills and Requirements:
Experience working in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
