Seeking an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Quadient Inspire is a leading Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform that enables organizations to design, manage, and deliver personalized, omnichannel communications across print and digital channels. In this role, you will leverage Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM to create dynamic, compliant, and customer-focused communications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in an agile environment.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM
• Ability to create communications using Tickets in Quadient Interactive
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and design patterns
• Experience with Microservices, multi-threading, and parallel processing
• API development and consumption (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Knowledge of software security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, JWT, SSL, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)
• Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Plusses:

• Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive certification
• Experience with content rationalization concepts and ADA document compliance
• Knowledge of Design Thinking principles
• Background in the financial or insurance industry (preferred, not required)
